Monday’s may not be your favorite day of the week, but it’s definitely one of the best when it comes to guilty pleasure TV shows. Whether its Pretty Little Liars, House Wives of Beverly Hills, Gossip Girl, The Bachelor, or all of the above (we won’t judge)…here are a few low cal and super delicious snack ideas to make you feel a little less guilty while vegging out in front of the TV tonight!
What you need:
- 3 cups Cheerios
- 3 cups Chex
- 8 oz Peanuts
- 12 oz M&Ms
- 8 oz pretzels
- 24 oz white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together Cheerios, Chex, Peanuts, M&Ms, and Pretzels. In another bowl mix white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. (glass bowl is best) microwave chips and oil for one minute and thirty seconds. Stir until completely melted. Pour chocolate over Chex Mix and mix well. Let harden (about an hour) and then serve!

What you need:
- 8 teaspoons of Splenda or sugar substitute
- 4 teaspoons baking cocoa
- 4 cups of low fat or skim milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat and stir until marshmallows are melted. (will take about eight minutes) remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve into mugs and it is ready to serve!
